PlusCare is an Australian Business based in Sydney. Here at PlusCare we take pride in our work by taking our time to provide you with one of the highest quality products at an affordable cost from our award winning designers. 

Shipping and Delivery
Due to high demand, it takes us 1-2 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping centre. Packages are typically received 3-19 business days after order processing to receive your package if ordering from Australia.

Sometimes around holidays and bad weather, and during covid-19 delays may occur, but we will do our best to get it to you as quick as possible.

Tracking
Once the order is shipped, please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be fully updated in the system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can track your order. 

Warranty

We offer a 60 day warranty. We require you to email us a photo/video letting us know what is wrong with the product. We will first try to trouble shoot the issue with you, but if we can not fix it for you - we will send out a brand new product.
